By accessing devaultos.me or engaging our consulting, supply chain management, ERP implementation, or software development services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All client projects, including custom ERP and CRM development, supply chain workflow automation, AI integration, and systems audits, are delivered in accordance with mutually agreed project scopes, statements of work (SOW), or written agreements. Any modifications or scope expansions requested during execution will be evaluated and agreed upon in writing.
Upon full payment of agreed compensation, the client receives all rights, title, and ownership of custom deliverables produced specifically for their engagement, excluding pre-existing tools, open-source libraries, and reusable foundational code modules. We retain the right to reference non-confidential project outcomes, general architecture principles, and anonymized case studies for portfolio demonstration.
We respect client confidentiality. All non-public operational data, proprietary supply chain metrics, financial documents, and access credentials shared during an engagement will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
Digital solutions and consulting insights are delivered using industry best practices and thorough technical diligence. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services and software architectures are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or fitness for unverified third-party environments. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is expressly disclaimed.
