ABOUT
I'm an operations and digitalization builder combining supply chain management with AI automation and custom web solutions. Over the past two years I've designed and deployed systems to automate operational workflows, from inventory tracking and order lifecycles to customer service chatbots. The result is a process that's faster, data-driven, and less dependent on manual entry.
I combine a broad understanding of physical logistics flows with hands-on development in ERP architectures, SQL databases, and full-stack web platforms. Currently pursuing a Master in Supply Chain Management at HEC Alger, I've designed and deployed custom ERP architectures to address real logistics challenges for enterprise clients and national logistics environments.
I'm based in Algiers, open to on-site, hybrid, and remote roles with teams who build fast, automate boldly, and care about operational excellence.

- Practical internship in Purchasing and Supply, involved in day-to-day operations and process follow-up.
- Handled front-desk customer service for a global shipping and logistics group in Bab Ezzouar Business District.
- Built a Bill of Lading tracking chatbot with push notifications and daily status recaps.
- Co-founded a B2B platform connecting professional buyers, importers, and exporters internationally.
